WE TAKE ON TWO PROJECTS

We were in the midst of one project, our Venom Chopper when another suddenly dropped in our lap.  Project 1 is a Venom Chopper we had planned out for some time now.  We finally got the plan finalized and all the parts in and began mockup.  Then along came the Merc Softail project. The owner purchased a Big Bear Choppers Merc Softail unassembled kit and immediately had it painted and powder coated, then began following the video and assembling it.  Unfortunately he didnt mock up the bike before he began and he ran into some issues.  When he got stuck, he came to us to finish the project.  So for this one we are fast forwarding past mockup and straight to final assembly.  You can follow both projects by clicking on the photos below.

In the beginning...

Spunky came to us with every detail planned out.  He wanted a tangerine orange color wih flames all over in different subtle shades of orange.  He picked out mirrors with turn signals in them, and the pipes, and every detail.

Along the way...

We keep our customers up to date with the project and send e-mail photos and updates on a regular basis.  Progress can also be followed on our web site right here in the Current Project section.  Any issues or decisions to be made are all passed along to the customer. 

The dream comes true...

In the end we deliver a top quality show winning piece of art. We have put our bikes up against some of the biggest names in the bike building world and walked away winners.  Afterall - it's a Big Bear Chopper!!
